About me
I'm a real estate investor and operator in New York, the founder of VoucherMatch and RentalCalcs, and an MBA/MA candidate at The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute. Before Wharton, I spent five years in strategy consulting at ZS Associates. I write here about markets, housing, and risk.
Background
I studied finance at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, then spent five years at ZS Associates in strategy consulting, working on commercial strategy, transaction support, and analytics for Fortune 500 life sciences clients. I was promoted twice and led workstreams with teams across the U.S., India, and Argentina before leaving in 2026 to start the MBA/MA program at The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute, where I'm majoring in real estate with a focus on Latin America.
I've invested in real estate since 2021, when two partners and I founded GG&P Group LLC and acquired two duplexes in upstate New York. We renovated the properties ourselves and operate them today. I also acquired and gut-renovated a Manhattan co-op. That operating experience, including renting to Section 8 voucher holders, is what led me to build housing software.
What I'm building
VoucherMatch is a housing marketplace I founded in 2026 that connects voucher holders with landlords, caseworker organizations, and brokers across New York City. I built it end to end and operate it as a solo founder. RentalCalcs is a set of rental property investment calculators backed by market data for 3,100+ US counties, built around the underwriting I use for my own deals. Outside of work
I'm an IRONMAN finisher, marathon runner, and competitive cyclist. I speak Spanish and some Italian, and spent the summer of 2026 in language immersion in Bogotá, Colombia.
